No Parsec/Coaxium after Webstore purchase

I recently bought a large crystal pack (16k) in the webstore and while I received the crystals ingame, no Coaxium has been collected for the current Kessel-Run event, even though the pack should have been given me 10k progress there. I already feel bad for still paying for this, but this is extra annoying. The ingame help-feature does nothing. Ally code is 674-918-869. Please look into this.
