No rewards for Challenge Pit Raid

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I signed up for the Challenge Pit Raid just like the rest of my guild, and I have only been in my guild for the past number of months. I have not joined any other guilds in a long time. I was the ONLY member of my guild to get the following message: "When you participated in this Raid, you had exceeded the number of allowed raids. As a result you are not eligible for rewards from this Raid."
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know

I signed up for the Challenge Pit Raid just like the rest of my guild, and I have only been in my guild for the past number of months. I have not joined any other guilds in a long time. I was the ONLY member of my guild to get the following message:

"When you participated in this Raid, you had exceeded the number of allowed raids. As a result you are not eligible for rewards from this Raid."

    Hi @Aeschyl1742 

    There is a limitation as to how many raids you can complete. This limit is reset once a week. If you receive the message that you are not eligible for rewards as you have hit the limit and need to wait until after the reset to be able to get rewards from the raid again. This is by design.

    There is a limitation as to how many raids you can complete. This limit is reset once a week. If you receive the message that you are not eligible for rewards as you have hit the limit and need to wait until after the reset to be able to get rewards from the raid again. This is by design.

    I understand that. But I am the ONLY person in my guild that got that message - and I have not changed guilds in a very long time. I should not have been prevented from receiving rewards.

    We're having the same issue in my guild, but not only I, some other people got the message as well. Same people doing the pit for some time now, but only a small fraction of us got this absurdly nonsense of message, and this even more absurd answer from the same dev. This is borderline Ludacris. Ridiculous to say the least. We commit to this f*cking game, everyday, several times a day, and they can't bother to give a plausible answer.
