Not being allowed to join TW for no reason

So after being posted a day or two ago, with multiple threads running on this same topic, two pages of posts here alone, still no response from EA??  C'mon guys, it'd be nice to have this addressed or at least acknowledged.  Lots of your users are missing out on major reward opportunities after someone has put down a lot of chips to open a TW.  This isn't being well received. 

Ditto this. I definitely joined, I even followed through, but then the event disappeared and I couldn’t participate. I know I’m not the only one in my guild—or other guilds. What’s the bug?

 I joined this current TW, as I've done for every single TW since the feature was launched, but when the 'Set Defense' phase started, I wasn't in. As an officer, i checked to see who hadn't signed up, which required having signed up myself. After the defense phase started, according to my fellow officers, 2 other players (who never miss TWs)  and I looked to have not signed up - in my case, I know I did. 

I've been writing with CS reps since the moment I spotted the bug, but they have been no help. Each email I get a new person, and their replies Ranged from: Telling me to contact the 'Game Leader', telling me to wait 2 hrs, telling me to reinstall the game, telling me to wait for the next game update, telling me that they're aware of the issue, and finally:

Sending me here directly and telling me to post, so if this is the wrong place for this, blame him and the email he sent me...

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in the game, by far, and it's incredibly frustrating. Most of these reps don't know a thing about the game, and it's painfully obvious.

Why is this marked as solved when there's been no reply about the bug where people have joined and then not made the final active list when Set Defense phase started? 

Definitely wasn't me.  I keep checking my messages when I'm alerted to a new post, thinking MAYBE this time it'll be EA, but nope!  Can't believe after three days a rep still hasn't addressed this in any way.  People pour SO MUCH MONEY into this game, and they can't even address a major bug costing people a ton of resources.  Keep wondering when I'll finally quit this thing and delete the app.  I don't think it's worth anywhere close to what people pay for it.  

Their customer service took a huge drop-off since i last used it some months ago.

Yesterday they wrote: Your concern is our priority and as soon as the issue will be fixed you will receive the expected award.

Today : you are not eligible for any reward. We are unable to give you any reward for your claim.

This was after two days of wasting my time, with useless email replies with suggestions such as:

WOW.  * these guys.  I will never put another cent into this game.

Why have you not commented on those of us in here who joined but were removed from the TW? Should we make a new bug thread, since you marked this as fixed? 

Mee too, today is the 2nd time this happened. I joined the TB then in prepare phase I was closed out and the ebent is not visible in–game.

EA: this needs to be resolved NOW. You are milking people and publishing DLC/Unlockables all the time... but why not giving such severe bugs priority as well?!
