Not Received Lightspeed Bundle - Sith Eternal Emperor 2 LSB

I have already made a post however I have yet to receive a message back in a week. Here is the original post:

I just bought the Sith Eternal Emperor 2 LSB on the SWGOH Web Store. However, whenever I attempted to claim the bundle on the PC client the purchase failed and I didn't receive my purchase nor a refund. I have the confirmation email with the order number: Order Date was 12/25/24.
