Not receiving Galactic Legend requirements Unlock Titles

Ever since one of the last marquee events for either Padawan Sabine Wren or HuYang, I haven't received any of the titles from completing the requirements to unlock the Galactic Legend Events. I have a number of examples, as I completed the Ahsoka Tano reqs and with the SEE LSBs, I was quickly able to complete both Lord Vader and Sith Eternal Emperor requirements and am missing the last title from Ahsoka, as well as all of the titles from Lord Vader and Sith Eternal Emperor.
