Not receiving my crystals from Coaxium Heist

I wasn't too sure before because I wasn't paying attention but this time, I'm 100% sure that I didn't get my 200-1.2k crystals from the Coaxium Heist.

23k crystals on the Webstore before claiming the reward, still 23k after claiming and big surprise, less than 23k when I launched the game right after (see attachments). 

It also happened with the third crystals rewards on the previous Heist (I know, I just didn't screenshoted it) and surely on the other two as well. 

So I would like my well deserved crystals delivered to my account please and for the love of God, shout us a message in our in-game inbox so we know how many crystals we got. You're capable of doing this every other day for the unclaimed Kessel rewards so do the same with these rewards.
