Only received 65 Shards for Queen A Red Crate

Hello, I achieved the max crate in this latest conquest and should be unlocking Queen Amidala today. However, my conquest rewards have not arrived in my inbox and I am now missing 90 shards for her. If this isn’t fixed, I’ll have to wait two additional months for absolutely no reason.

Just to say, I've got the same issue as do a few others. Not the same mode but it gave me a lower reward, I've left screens here, where others are commenting of a similar issue or not getting rewards at all.

No I collected exactly 630. Red crate was shown in game. I magically just started simming datacron nodes everyday since Tuesday instead of maxing?  I have red boxed every single conquest. You have a bug give me a break

i suggest you file a ticket yourself. You at least have screenshots and are less likely to get blown off by @EA_Gunner 

Will do, I'll try to get everyone that's had this problem in my guild to file individual tickets so they can stop trying to dodge the issue.

P.S. @EA_Gunner see screenshots - fix your game, your playerbase deserves a better response than this when there's a huge bug every week. 7 of us in my guild alone have this issue and if you had just clicked on the link in my reply you'd have seen you have others with the issue on your own forum.
