PayPal purchases errors 54005

I purchased both of the offered Galactic Zeta packs 200+ usd with tax. Both purchases rendered error codes at the end of the transactions. Attempted to use restore purchase link in-game. Account has been processed for both purchases. Please fix.

Tried a third time today, waiting on either three refunds or three zeta bundles…this is ridiculous.
