Looks like VPN solved the problem for me.
Strangely I can play on my phone via my home network just fine and never have had any problem at all. PC Clients seem to be routing through a different network maybe. But this is definitely a network issue.

Community ManagerIt sounds like the issue might be with your home network. Have you checked to see if the web store is somehow being blocked by a firewall?
No, it's not blocked. I can access the webstore even when the game is not connecting.
Firewall is not the issue here, I've tried turning them off and no firewall running at the router or anywhere else.- EA_Aljo
Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. Have you tried contacting your ISP to see if there's something on their end that might be blocking access to the web store?
