I have had the same problem on Tuesday when I tried to get the 19.99 2,900 crystals from the swgoh webstore. The payment went through as I got a pop up message saying payment taken by Swiss something the webstore froze.
so I’ve lost £20 and I didn’t get any crystals. Contacted them via game said contact them and in 24hrs so I did that and same response.
next I tried ea help page got to. The 3rd advisor telling them the issues I had like I did with the other 2. He eventually closed the case for no reason and it ended after 90 minutes of help chat on ea .
