Potential glitch?

I’ve maxed 2 characters whilst on holiday in turkey, usually uk based.

id started relic’ing them but this morning noticed they were still showing as 23/100 so spent resources levelling them up. 

then checked relics and it’s showing as 3 and 4 respectively which is what I’d done on holiday. 

any idea what to do and any chance I can get the resources spent back.
