Problem in store

Hi, I have a problem in the store. I want to buy BATTLE OF HOTH LIGHTSPEED, but it always says that an unexpected error occurred. It's been 24 hours. I've tried it several times. Of course I restarted the game. I've tried the in-game store and at https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/. Please advise what to do. My account is Dagahrion and the code is 966-785-167

    I have the same issue with the Dr. Aphra pack, spoke with support , thy dont seem to be any help

    So just tried agein one the pc app, this time, i got a prompt "do you what to cancel pending purchase"  i cancel the pending, and now it worked and i have revived the bundle from the web store.
