PROBLEM WITH A PURCHASE

Hello, 

Tonight, 19th of November around 11pm, I purchased the Episode Pass in the web app, and received an email of confirmation at 11:13pm. 

Then, I left the game and came back around 1am. Since I had no episode pass, I forgot that I bought it and I bought it again. 3 minutes after, still nothing so I restarted the game bought it again. Next, I had in my mailbox in game 2x2899 Cristals, saying I got this because I purchased 2 times the Pass having already one activated. 

There are 3 major problems here :

-I never received the said pass, therefore I was not able to play with it

-the purchases of the episode pass was not locked after the first one, which allowed me to buy it two times more before understanding there was a bug. 

-also, it cost me almost 75€, which is clearly not what I was excepting, not even able, to spend !!! And to finish, I check the shop in which the Crystals pack at 23,99€ offers 3500 Crystals, and I received only 2899 for each. 

I really feel bad about this, knowing I spent 75€ unconsciously and because of a bug. I hope I can be reimbursed but I’m not sure since I opened the letters containing 2x2899 crystals, therefore accepting them and cancelling my right of withdrawal. 

Please reimburse me since it was not my fault. I spend a lot of time on this game (and quite a bit money) that I like and I really feel bad about what happened. 

Sorry again for my English, and I’m hoping for help on your side. Of course I will not spend the 5798 crystals so you can pick it if needed.

      I tried and am currently trying, but they closed my demand without any explanation so I'm trying again but I'm speaking with a chatbot....
