Had this problem too, and I don't know if its solved now, or if I just was lucky this time trying to get into my account...
What I did:
- I recognized that my PlayStore had issues while connecting to Internet so i solved this problem frist....
- I deinstalled StarWars Heroes App
- I deleted all data from Google Play Store and Google Play Services as far as possible and then restarted my device.
- Started Google Play and reinstalled the Game
Then trying to connect to my account it first told me, that it download 0 MB of 0MB and connected to the poor lvl 2 account. I tried to connect to Google Play account and it told me 28 of 56 MB downloading but still got back to lvl 2 account.
I closed the game and reopended it a bit later... when i though it may have downloaded the 28 remaining MB... then it told me it is at 0 of 28 MB and so i closed and reopened again...
And now it works :D
As I said I dont know if this is a solution, but it worked for me and maybe it will work for you to.
