Problems with SEE LSB

i purchased both the SEE light bundles but only received one of them, the second one with the r7 relics, and the other toons inclusive the ship are (the Generals r5 from the other LSB) missing. Both of the purchases are completely payed. I tried to reach out to the support several times and I am really losing patience because they are not able to solve my problem. I provided them screenshots of my purchases and they even checked my account and confirmed my order as well that the one LSB is missing in my inventory and the one with the r5 generals is missing.
