Problems with transferring the account because of not refreshing age or so

Hello, so I'm 16 years old since 4 months and nothing happened to my OG account. With "nothing happened" I mean that still there is no guild-chat or like the general chat button as well as the "connect" button. I really want to transfer this account from my old old Galaxy A6+ to my Galaxy Book 5 but I don't know how to. It's a really lame account but has like OG titles not like my new accounts on my smartphone. Can anyone help?
