I met the requirements 4 months ago now and the event hasn’t shown.
i thought i may have missed the first two by not paying attention but ive tracked the last couple and it just doesn’t come up.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Asap please 😅I’m already 4 months behind where I should be.
I have the same problem and some others I know. Was this ever resolved? I logged a support ticket and they directed me here.
Same problem here for me, the journey guide tiers just say that they are currently unavailable, even on the day the event is supposed to be active.

I’ve checked on the journey guide consistently too but I will make sure I double check the next 20th 😅 hopefully I’ve just missed it
It is on the 20th of each month. But you have to go to the Journey Guide first and complete the tiers there to unlock the ship. Then, the bonus tier appears in the events section, on the 20th of each month.
