Hi @TashAureus and sorry to hear that.
The ally code you've provided doesn't bring up an account. Can you double-check if it is the correct one, please? We've just checked and had no issue loading into the game on various Android devices with GooglePlay accounts.

Thanks for the ally code @TashAureus, that one worked.
Looking at our internal logs it logs like the Google authentication service is not responding for you. Not sure what might be the problem with it in this case, but it doesn't appear to be widespread. We keep digging to see if we can narrow it down.

@TashAureus unfortunately, not that we are aware of.
One thing you could try is to remove the GooglePlay account from the device, restart the device, and then add that account again to trigger the authentication once more.
