Protection Disruption on Gungans STILL bugged in raid

Gungans are STILL having protection disruption applied during the raid. How long has this been? Is this actually going to be fixed before the raid expires? This is supposed to be the flagship team for the raid.

In attached pic, all Gungans are R5+ and Phalanx 'Let Mesa Help' is at level 7. Running on iOS.
