Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just play jjb event and wait you get prot up buff. It doesn't work on any phases

Protection UP buff not applied on target character. There is only an icon with a counter and any values are not applied (see attached screenshot).

Side Note:
I play in this game from a time where there was only G12 and before ships. From few years in every new feature release, there is always a problem with it, and in parallel, you break something other that works correctly.
I'm aware there are a lot mechanics in this game BUT it looks like you don't have a unit test, regression test, or uat... These are crucial to maintaining a project.
It looks like you test on production on us, players, and meantime you want to encourage us to spend our money on this product.
Every time such things happen, the feeling you are mocking us gets stronger.
We waited for this event for a few months and in return, we got it, broken and bearly can pass it.
new raid (Naboo): broken (ex: huge amount of guilds get halved their rewards because the difficulty is "a little" bit too high)
Dathromir: broken (Immortal GG)
I'm not expecting that you will reply to this Side Note because you have a habit of not replay to an uncomfortable topic like you do in this topic: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Sith-raid-bug/m-p/12556385#M65522. Until today we weren't rewarded by you for lost rewards from issues related to the new raid system. You just fixed it, played like nothing happened and focus on providing new features with new problems.

This is the 10th try to create a bug report on your website. The form is not loaded fully, there is only title input and description text field. I had to restart few times computer to take it work correctly... (you not support png file???)
