Purchase made with wrong payment method

Hello EA Team PLEAS HELP ME,

accidental I made a purchase in the SWGOH Web Store with my normal bank account.

I had specifically purchased an Apple Gift Card and actually intended to complete the purchase using my Apple credit. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until after the purchase was complete that this isn’t possible in the web store, and instead, my on file debit card was charged.

I would therefore like to cancel the purchase entirely. I’m not trying to keep the content for free or receive a refund without providing anything in return. I simply want to cancel the current purchase so that I can then make the purchase again using my preferred payment method.

I haven’t redeemed or used any content there. I have only claimed the Coaxium rewards credited to my web store account. If reversing the transaction requires that these rewards, as well as any other content associated with the purchase, be removed, that’s perfectly fine with me.

I’m also happy to provide a screenshot of the purchase if needed. For privacy reasons, I’ll blur out any personal data and irrelevant information.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could look into my case and let me know whether it’s possible to reverse the purchase and if i am able to purchase it again In-Game with my Apple-Gift-Card
