Purchase stuck

I purchased the Darth Revan pack and went through perfectly, however I tried buying the Jedi Knight Revan the transaction got stuck at pending and after a couple of hours EA took it as the transaction has gone through but it didn’t charge me and I didn’t receive the pack, and now it’s no longer on any shop. Could I get some assistance please? My ally code is 189-448-672.
