I've had this issue previously with these packs, and again both my in game and webstore are not showing the relic mat packs (500 crystal packs) for purchase, which is now causing problems as my material buffer is gone.
Any ideas on how to solve it?

Some countries restrict these packs as it is concidered gambling.
That can't be my case, as I had them until November, and my guild colleagues have them all (many of us, based in Spain, like myself).
The packs are on the store again, and I still don't see them, neither on the game nor on the web store.
Any advice on what is going on and how can be solved?
It is really becoming a bottleneck and really annoying.
