Purchased a pack to get the follow up pack but its not in my store

Hi,

I purchased the Zaalbar & Mission Vao Combo Bundle that states:

"Purchasing this bundle will unlock additional Gear-up Bundles containing more Zaalbar and Mission Vao shards and their respective Gear 12 pieces!" 

But I do not see the option to purchase the follow up packs? Is there some sort of delay for this, how can I access them so I can buy them?
