Purchased Grand Inquisitor LSB and was given crystals instead of characters

I just purchased the grand inquisitor lightspeed bundle on my account and when I logged in it just gave me like 7,000 crystals instead.  Help would be greatly appreciated.  ally code: 473-382-287

I wait more than 5 days now… still don’t get inquisitors LSB. I don’t get any crystals, rewards on website, anything… 

sent multiple reports to ea support, still nothing…
