Purchased Grand Inquisitor LSB and was given crystals instead of characters

I just purchased the grand inquisitor lightspeed bundle on my account and when I logged in it just gave me like 7,000 crystals instead.  Help would be greatly appreciated.  ally code: 473-382-287

This also happens to me this afternoon. I bought the Inquisitor lsb and received an error. Afterwards I didn’t receive the bundle but was given a pending charge. My ally code is 669-681-788.

    Nevermind, I have received them. I’m not sure if this is because of support helping or not but if so, thank you for the help!
