I just purchased the grand inquisitor lightspeed bundle on my account and when I logged in it just gave me like 7,000 crystals instead. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I can see that instead of the Grand Inquisitor Light Speed Bundle that you bought, you received Crystals. Don't worry as I'll look into it.
Our team is already aware of this issue and is currently investigating and looking for a fix as we wish to provide you the best gameplay experience.
I'm going to have to close this ticket and we'll release a notice once we get the fix for this. We don't have a fixed timeframe yet for the resolution but rest assured we'll be looking into it. For now, we ask for your patience and understanding as we do our best to fix this.
All I’ve gotten is someone telling me to wait, although it was kinda confusing because it was really poor grammar.

They used to help but stopped.
I also got crystals instead of characters.
"I'd like to tell you that crystals are part of the rewards given in the Quiggold bundle. This means the bundle typically offers a mix of: - Crystals - Quiggold character shards or unlock materials - Possibly gear, credits, or other upgrade resources Unfortunately, we don't have the option to change the content that was given anymore."
Of course, they're lying because crystals were never part of the rewards given in the Quiggold bundle.
I bought the SK LSB and haven’t received it either and am pretty sure I didn’t even get any crystals.
