I purchased the Bad Batch, Rogue One 1, and Rogue One 2 Bundles from the Webstore but did not receive them in game. - Ally Code:379-417-387

EA Help Chat has never been helpful which is why I'm here, Last time I had to wait 5 days just for them to respond to one of my messages and another 3 days to tell me they were investigating only to never reply back, came here and it was resolved in 1 day.
