Purchased Lord Vader bundle, got crystals instead.

I just spent 80 aud buying the Lord Vader Lightspeed Bundle using the web store, and received this mail instead, which was not what I ordered. Is there any way to resolve this issue, or perhaps if I can get a refund on the product? This was nowhere enough to accommodate for the money I paid for.

Edit: My ally code is 993-941-623, if it helps. I'm sorry, this is the first time it happened to me and I have no idea why it happened. I haven't spent any of the crystals yet.
