Purchased Ls Bundle missing

Hello, looking for some assistance.

Purchased a LSB of the 501st today and never received any of the items. I can see that it has been deducted from my account. I have tried restoring purchases but as of yet nothing. 

Update

After going back and forth with in game chat, I finally received my items. This thread is now closed.
