Purchased SEE LSB 1 on 12/24 & Only Rec. Crystal

I’m on IOS and play on an iPad running the latest 18.2 operating system and it’s fully patched. 

i only received crystal and none of my toons were received. Can provide a screenshot of the toons in their present state if needed .

Please provide the correct bundle as I’ve been waiting for a resolution before purchasing SEE LSB 2 and both Revan LSBs.
