Purchased the marrok and shin hati bundles

I did not receive all of the contents. I know for a fact I did not receive the crystals but unsure if I received any of the items

These were purchased on 30 Oct 2024

Also anytime I try to purchase the Great Mother bundle I get an “oops” message and it disappears

It’s been over a week and not a single piece of help except responses for some help desk I’m assuming overseas since they send 1 message at like 2 am and ignore everything else. 4 different people introduced themselves and nothing done still
