Purchasing Lightspeed bundles on PC=Webstore?

Is purchasing from the PC client the same as purchasing from the website? I bought quite a few LSBs from PC because I could not purchase from the website because of this error. Since I am getting this error, I cannot participate in the parsec/coaxium heist. I cannot make purchases from the webstore it seems. It is not fair that I cannot participate in the webstore rewards since I purchased from the PC client which is the same thing IMO. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE. The webstore needs to work.
