Quiggold Marquee event - finished tier 1, app crashed, no shards received

As I completed tier 1 of the event the app crashed. I restarted and the tier is completed, as well as related quests, but no shards awarded so I can’t unlock Quiggold and complete other tiers. I’ve ...

EA_Hux​EA_Gunner​ saw a recommendation in another thread that said to reach out to yourselves for help. I’ve had no love from meathead and negative love from EA help, with respect to not receiving my free Quiggold shards, so I thought I’d try one last ditch effort. Any help greatly appreciated!
