Raddus Lightspeed bundle II refund

Question

Hi guys... Today I purchased Raddus Lightspeed Bundle II via webstore. However, there was an error during the transaction and I did not receive the content. I received both a confirmation email from you about the transaction and a confirmation from my bank, so I don't know what kind of error occurred. When I launched the game to receive the content, I received a message saying that an error occurred during the transaction and that you would compensate me with 5,847 crystals. I greatly appreciate this form of compensation, but I am not interested in crystals. I would therefore like to request a refund or if you can somehow fix my purchase and take back crystals it would mean a world to me. I have no problem repeating the transaction, as I am still interested in the content, but only after a full refund. Thank you very much in advance.

I purchased the Rey lightspeed bundle and didn’t receive anything. Support told me to wait 24 hours and now that I have, they’re not responding when I make a new chat.&nbsp;

I have the exact same issue. Bought the Raddus pack, was charged, got a confirmation email, but received nothing. I posted on the forum and have heard no response. I’m considering doing a chargeback with my credit card company because it’s been multiple days and EA support doesn’t seem to care, but I know that they might permaban for doing a chargeback, however what else are we supposed to do if they do nothing.

Also I didn’t even receive an error message or offer of crystals, so basically had my money stolen.

Same here with the Resistance LSB. I have already submitted a support ticket through EA Help and provided my purchase receipt and Ally Code. The ticket was yesterday updated with a request for more information, which I have provided. Since then, there has been no new response. The offer for the package expires tomorrow. I hope that I will receive a refund before then so that I can get it again or, alternatively, the contents of the package.
