Raddus LSB went missing
Purchased both the Finalizer LSB and the Raddus LSB in the web store in quick succession. Got charged for both. Received the Finalizer content but not the Raddus content.

Just received my bundle contents in my in-game Inbox. Best of luck to anyone else facing a similar issue—hope EA Support makes you whole soon.
Also tried in-game Help. Still waiting on an "Advisor" to supposedly provide a solution in-game.
Presuming for now that this is some kind of widespread transaction/fulfillment processing bug that has overwhelmed their limited staff with an excessive volume of issues requiring manual resolution.
Will post here if anything transpires. For now, my $40 has effectively disappeared into some EA void.
Same situation. Bought tokens and raddus lsb at once but only receive tokens. In game Ea support didn’t do anything. Any one know who should i reach out to?
Just noticed that the order IDs are identical between the two, despite being separate purchases with separate charges.
