Random crashes, especially in GAC, using OnePlus

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play GAC using OnePlus mobile devices. Crash usually happens within first 20 seconds of the first or second GAC battle in a round. After that the crash does not occur again for the round.

I find it really frustrating to spend days remodding my characters, at great in-game expense, only to have GAC crash on me during the first or second battle of the round, thereby losing me the round.

Each season of GAC this happens at least once, during the first 20 seconds of the first or second battle of the round, the game freezes and I lose the battle because of it.

This happened with my previous OnePlus phone and the new one I bought to replace it.

Now, as a precaution, I always restart the game before starting GAC, but it does not help. I still experience this issue at least once every GAC season, and always within the first 20 seconds of the first or second battle of the round.

I don't think you guys appreciate just how much time and effort goes into preparing for this event. It is heartbreaking when these crashes occur because all that work is basically flushed down the toilet. And the feeling is that we are being totally ignored on this issue, which costs us so much in time, effort, and lost rewards. The crashes are infrequent enough to inspire hope, and frequent enough to just cause stress every time the battle starts.

Rounds like the current one where I am up against someone who routinely plays offensively and will clear my board mean that I need every point I can get to beat them. I've been robbed of that (again) and now I feel sick. Please pick up this game. I know you are working on this, but I've been having this routinely since before Conquest began, and we NEVER get any kind of recompense for all the wasted time and effort involved in dealing with this nonsense.
