- CrumblingWorld6 years agoSeasoned Adventurer@EA_HighCommand I cannot get into the game, therefore I can’t get my ally code. I’m in a guild by myself. I would’ve thought having the game linked to your Google Play account would be sufficient but I guess not,
- @CrumblingWorld check your swgoh.gg account info or ask a guildmate to check on your in game profile, it's on the bottom
- CrumblingWorld6 years agoSeasoned Adventurer@looben I don’t have a swgoh.gg account and I’m in a guild by myself. The few times I was in a guild, the only interaction was in game and not on something like discord or line.

@AGuyWithAKnife4 That is something else entirely. Try switching connections from WiFi to cellular (or the other way around) and make sure you have enough space on your device. - EA_HighCommand6 years ago

@mbigos Unfortunately, that is very unspecific and not really helpful. Why exactly is it that you can't login? Any update on when this might be fixed? Saw you replied to the others and was curious if you could tell me my issue or what you would need to resolve it

@Darthsomething12 I looked into yours and flagged it with the team. We might be able to manually fix your account (no promise tho) later today. After last update cant login into the game. I've tried on another device, reinstall the game, try on bluestack and nox. There is no problem with other games, internet connection is ok. Just after game shows on The bottom left on starting screen sign "loading cantina" this happend

We continue to investigate but so far no immediate solution in sight, sorry. - @EA_HighCommand It says new client available I download that and open and then I get frozen on checking for updates I’ve got lots of space and I tried both Wi-Fi and cellular settings

Can you try setting your device language to English (if not already)?
For some players, the issue got resolved by matching the store (AppStore/PlayStore) language. For example, if you are on the Spanish store, set your device to Spanish. I hope this helps!

Without some way to identify you within the thousands of other players, they can't locate your account.

We've checked your account and can see activity on it. Not sure what your issue was/is exactly. Thanks. Think it was the championship round issue that picked me out. Able to log I. After round expired.
