I do appreciate the update, even though the news isn’t good. I know you’re just the messenger and the devs are trying. But I am being removed from my guild for now, to add insult to injury. We also screwed up the RotE TB bc I wasn’t there to coordinate things as the the guild’s TB officer.
I and my guild are trying to remain calm, patient, and understanding. But it’s getting harder and harder the longer this continues, with all of us being penalized through no fault of our own, for actually making an in-game purchase.
Worse is that it instills doubt about the value of the web store. It’s nice to save money if you purchase through it, but if that potentially costs you a week out of the game for some unfindable and uncorrectable bug, then I and others in my guild are questioning whether it’s worth buying anything there.
If it's bug how come it's taking so long to fix it?
The opportunity cost for us all is pretty high given the timing and duration.
Is this a fair situation for us for being supportive of the game?
Should we bring this awareness to the broader community and caution them against purchases made via the web store?
I hope the dev team are seriously looking into this and making any delays.
