@Barbarossa5I used a mobile application, I bought a pack in the game and that's all, that shows that the account is mine, in chat live they say they can't help me, and in emails always respond by asking and finally they send an email saying "we don't monitor anymore this email address try in Answers Q or chat live. 23 emails aprox in 4 different tickets and they are unable to make the ID exchange. In IGG.com they were able to do it why not EA? If I am asking it is because I have already tried to enter in all ways

    @Barbarossa5The answer is still no, was only facebook, now nothing, but does not mean that the ID change cannot be done. Where I have done it is in the new account ID, in fact when I created the account the Play Store application did not offer that sign up, And now please tell me how I can get someone to change the ID.

    ok. now im 100% sure that only the EA Support themselfes can help you. unfortunally you have to try over and over agin with them

    absolutely and completely ret*rds, first they send me an email asking me to give them the ID again, when I already do it, I do it again and they reply that I have to create a new ticket so that the experts can help me when their are the supposed experts. I hope they are bots because otherwise it is impossible for them to be more oligophrenic. Who Can actually help me?
