I'm also experiencing this problem. I opened an incident with customer service only to be told that I already received them. I didn't. Then they closed my incident without resolution.

I didn't get any feedback so far from Service!
It hurts because I did 114/114 phases, cleared all special missions and we performed 42* for the first time.
Loot is equil to 2.5 k crystals and 12.5 k TB token
Did you show screenshots?
I showed some from me and my guildmate that prove that I performed TB but didn't improve in achievements.
Hence, I got nothing! - Same here Boston I did all phases, never left the guild and got no rewards or stars for the achievement.
There is a huge time investment into TB and while the gameplay can be dull with wave after wave of Snowtroppers the rewards make it worth while as you get a good bit of gear. This is super frustrating as a player Good luck @Clintak5 and all others here that they get their rewards

No news at all ... - My support incident was just closed again without a resolution, claiming that this was a known issue with the studio. All I want is my territory battles rewards. Why is this so difficult!!!!!!

I answer with my wallet. I don´t pay for progress and they reject it from me by not giving me the most important reward in the game.
If it happens again that I don´t get my TB rewards, then I quit. It would be pointless to keep on playing.
- I think I was online when TB ended and it asked to restart then I got stiffed. So I'd avoid that if possible.

@EA_Grasshopper - I heard they just rolled out a fix for the missing DS TB rewards. Why has nothing been done on our issue from over two weeks ago??
I'm still missing rewards from the last LS TB!!
@EA_Grasshopper @Bostonmess - This is rich. I just emailed support asking for an update and he threatened to take action against my account. Way to threat your customers EA. I'll never play another EA game.

My DS TB rewards are present now.
LS TB rewards are still missing.
Screenshots from my inital post show rewards. The achievements from me and guildmate prove that I got nothing.
Again, thx for support It´s almost a month ago, still no LS territory battles rewards.
Customer service told me some specialists would take a look at this issue and mail me ...
Customer service told me that this is a known issue and that I d get my rewards for sure ...
Any news about this issue?

We've checked your account and did not see you participating in the most recent Territory Battle. This might be caused by you joining the guild on 6/03/2018, 6:21 pm GMT.

I see that this is a different story then all along. I pass your case on to my colleague to see what we can do for you.
I didn't get rewards from TB. Didn't get from any special missions and from whole TB.
EA_MindTricks was checking my account and confirmed that I didn't get rewards from special missions but he has writtenMeanwhile, you can go on participating in the current TB normally and we will figure something out in regards to the rewards.
But after all I didn't get anything from TB. We had 39 maybe 40 stars.
Maybe EA_MindTricks is investigating my case but he didnt answered from 6 hours.
