Responsiveness Rapidly Drops

For days now, I have had to restart the game constantly. It is usually fine when I am in just one area, but as soon as I switch from something like farming gear to gameplay, there is a considerable lag with things loading and responding.

This has happened in the past when the app was updating, but it was never this bad.

As far as specs go, I have the latest version of the game, my Android 9 Pro is up to date, and I haven't changed anything on my phone or network.
