Interface freeze, buttons missing

Hello! k1 final match. Leia vs glat. Not the first time but the interface freezes again, I can't do anything, even though I would have easily won. This happens to me often. I'm going to fail the final because of this. If I don't get compensation now either, I'll finish the game because this is starting to get more than annoying. Thanks in advance for your help.
