Restore default time setting after international travel?

Last month I travelled to Korea put my iPad w/ mobile data in airplane mode for the duration, using local Wi-Fi for access. I adjusted in game the a time Setting to accommodate my schedule there while my device time remained on US Central time. Preparing for return, before leaving Korea I reset it back to 12am, However, when returning to the US and taking airplane mode off, the iPad or SWGOHapplied the 9/15 hour time change, now giving me a 9am daily reset and putting my energy refreshes in the middle of the night. Since I used 2 resets, I can’t get to the change that I wanted on the 2nd attempt.

I am requesting tech support help to reset my time setting to the default 12am (US Central) time.
