This happened to me as well, but I received the rewards for the Light Side Raven and not the Dark Side Raven.

I contacted support through the game today. They asked for a screenshot of the payment email. I sent it, but so far there's been no response.
They will keep switching chat advisors and ask you to submit the same screenshot theyre **bleep** useless

They are saying that they checked the account and the crystals were credited. So what else do I supposedly want?))
So basically, I bought the Light Speed bundle, they gave me crystals instead, and they think everything is fine?
If I needed crystals — I would have just bought crystals. This is nonsense.
