Looks like a standard response for an off shore help desk with strict SLA's to close tickets. Did you get a ticket number from the Tech Team?
For sure! They don’t show ticket IDs in the chat sadly. Don’t know why. But I’m sure they can see all Tickets related to my player ID. Sad thing is that they don’t look at the history at all even if you ask them. You have to start all over.
it’s even an know Error, a lot of people on the forum having these issues:
so how come they don’t just fix it when they are aware of the error?
Should be highlighted to the Servicedesk team that this issue is out there and that they should help the players with this issue.
really taking unnecessary time from everyone…
