Server connection issues preventing guild TW win

Question

We’re currently in a close TW match and have the potential of still getting the win. However, due to the current server connection issues our guild (top 100) is unable to login and compete for the win.

Are guilds competing in this TW cycle getting compensated for potentially missing out on essential rewards? This will be impacting our performance in the next guild events (and further down the road the next GAC event too).

Same with us, every other battle stalls or ends with that error message and the win isn’t counted.&nbsp;

After winning a TW battle, it was recorded as I lost a team, despite winning by killing the opponents entire team. That team is full health and power and I lost the ability to reuse the team which recorded the win.
