Shop operational error

I regularly purchased items using credits. After leaving the shop, I noticed that my crystal balance had decreased, even though I hadn’t made any purchases and had been deliberately saving them for use in the arena. Upon revisiting the shop, I discovered two unauthorised purchases.

Purchasing a razor blade with crystals seems illogical, given that my character, Mando, is at level R9, and yesterday I took first place in the fleet arena. This indicates that I have a 7-star ship. Is it possible to reverse these system errors?

I did not make any purchases of the KH robot or the razor blade.
