Slice a bundle

Following on from the BB8 lightspeed package and not receiving, now I've not been given the slice a bundle that I've paid for. Will be reporting to them to trading standards and possibly depending on what citizens advice recommend seeking legal action as despite me seeking in game help I've still not heard anything back from the supposed helpline!
