I can't help you at all with this issue but I can tell you EA and support staff will make 0 effort in trying to help you either.
I have it confirmed any issues within SWGOH or the Webstore for that specific game is handled only by the in game support staff. EA General Support on the website is a seperate entity and can't do anything about anything related to in game purchases or webstore purchases or refund.
I have experience with the in game support staff over the past 2 days where I have made 11 total tickets and they are not trying to help at all, won't answer your questions and will prematurely close every ticket forcing you to go through the same repeated issue over and over with the hopes you will give up and let it go.
Just today in my 11th ticket (the only ticket not prematurely closed) - 4 different support staff member names have appeared to respond to me and not a single person has answered my questions or provided me with instructions about what I have asked for.
The mentality of theirs is you made purchases, everything is working as intended and they will not make any attempts to help you if that means you have something to gain from it, even if you deserve to get what you are missing :/
